VOLUNTEERING WITH AWB-SEATTLE
The work of Architects Without Borders-Seattle would not be possible without the support of all our amazing volunteers. AWB-Seattle is almost entirely volunteer led and run and we celebrate the time and talents of individuals and organizations of all backgrounds to achieve our mission.
While “Architects” would appear to be our focus for volunteers, we are a community of landscape architects, engineers, planners, community builders, event planners, fundraisers, social media experts, website designers, administrative gurus, friends and family, as well as architects. In other words, that means YOU. If you are interested in our mission, there is likely a great way for you to get involved.

ABOUT OUR PROJECTS COMMITTEE
This committee manages all in-coming and on-going projects. Those involved include current Project Leads, design team members, people interested in becoming an AWB Project Lead or design team member in the future, and those wanting to know the breadth and depth of the projects we are working on. Key functions include vetting in-coming projects to determine if they are a good fit for AWB-Seattle’s mission and supporting on-going project development. We are always looking for new project vetters – an excellent way to get involved in an AWB-Seattle project. While you don’t have to be a designer to be a part of this committee, it is helpful.
1st Wednesdays of every month at 6:00 PM
@ The Center for Architecture and Design – 1010 Western Ave, Seattle
If you are interested in coming to the next meeting, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
