ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The Rainier Beach Action Coalition (RBAC) is a grassroots, Black-led organization dedicated to empowering the Rainier Beach community through four key action areas: A Place for Everyone, Lifelong Learning, A Beautiful Safe Place, and Growing Food for a Healthy Industry.

As Rainier Beach keeps growing, new projects are projected for the installations and street improvements.

As part of the first phase of the Rainier Beach transition, AWBS participated as middleman by connecting the RBAC's Food Innovation Center with Fivedot Architects whom design and completed the building improvements, facade and interiors for the new phase of RBAC's Food Innovation Center.

More is to come for the Rainier Beach community by future projects and the Henderson Street recreation. AWBS team is studying site and scope on future involvement with the next phases of this great metamorphosis of the Rainier Beach community.
